The Reolink RLA-PK1 is a mechanical-chime power kit, not a spare battery or charger. It regulates the existing chime circuit to help prevent unwanted buzzing while preserving normal chime operation in a compatible installation.

Features and compatibility

• For compatible mechanical-chime installations with Reolink Battery Video Doorbell (2nd Gen).
• Enables a compatible mechanical chime to remain active in the doorbell’s Wired Power Mode; a bypass jumper instead silences the mechanical chime.
• Two non-polarized leads connect to the chime’s TRANS and FRONT terminals.
• Adhesive backing secures the module inside a suitable chime enclosure without obstructing moving parts.
• Power kit only; doorbell, transformer and mechanical chime are not included.

Installation requirements

Use the manufacturer’s wiring and compatibility instructions for your exact doorbell and chime. Not a universal fix for incompatible wiring, transformers or chimes. Isolate power before electrical work and use a qualified installer if needed.
