Shipping Policy
Security Camera Shop offers same day shipping (Monday to Friday, excluding statuary holidays), as long as orders are placed prior to 11AM CST. Orders are typically shipped from MB, Canada but may be shipped from other warehouses or vendors from other provinces in Canada, or potentially from the United States. We ship via trackable couriers such as UPS, Purolator, Canada Post or FedEx.
Shipping Excluded
Items marked "Additional Shipping" do not fall within the below shipping costs. All shipping costs for these items are to be quoted and invoiced after initial item order is submitted. Lost/Stolen/Misdelivered Packages
We do not offer refunds for lost/stolen/misdelivered packages (Unless the error is the fault of securitycamerashop.ca) once the package is in the hands of the courier the courier assumes all liability. For lost/stolen packages please open a claim with the courier and/or with the local Police Department. We verify addresses before shipping and require signature for high value orders, incidents of lost/stolen packages are extremely rare because of this.
